Food during pregnancy is very long subject ayurveda suggest every month special food accordingly fetus organs development but I suggest some basic food advice first of all use cow milk and it's prepration like curd, ghee, buttermilk instead of any other milk, maximum use cow ghee instead of oil, use mishri (shakkar) instead of sugar, take dry fruits after over night soaking in water don't take cashunut up to 8 months, don't take pineapple, papaya and chiku Diet is very important for proper organs development and immunity if you want monthly special diet and regimen you can consult me.
