My age is 20. I have seen a tiny red dot of different sizes but not big on arms it is 5-6 dots in arms it cannot be itchy no pain but in net its image is look like angioma. My question is that it is related to cancer or not or this spot cannot go away after 1 year it us constant and not big in size is it normal or not?

These must be cherry angiomas, these are totally normal and nothing to worry. It can increase in size over the year.
