For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time, don't skip your meals and don't take heavy meal too. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Take 1 cup jasmine tea, it will reduce water retention of your body. Avoid all kinds of fatty food, refienary, packkages productand all knd of sugary drink also. Take high protein and high fiber diet and minimise your carbohydrate intake. Go for exercise and do deep breathing and don't take stress try to be happy.
