I have constipation problem. This is heredity in our family. But in these days it disturbs me too much. I am a college student 21 year old. I have to eat hostel food. I do not know how to get rid of this. Please suggest me a possible solution that I can arrange in hostel. I ate all type of food and I totally avoid street foods. Please tell a solution.
