I need to get a fit and toned body. I have started doing exercise in mrng n evening for 8 min (Im little lazy to work). I'm a foodporn so I wanna control myself and I do not know much about food diet. So I want your advices n suggestions to fulfil my dream. I current weigh 69 kg n height 167.5 cm. I target 69 kg to 60 kg within 30 days. Is it possible doctor?

Hello. Ms. As per information you have provided you are only 2 kgs over weight, which can be easily reduced. If you are having abnormal fat deposition in your body then you need to start exercise and get your body toned. Try yogas and stretching. First build-up your stamina with aerobics and free hand exercises, then after a week or so, start with gyming under a professional who can guide you for which exercise to be done for toning which body part.
