Dear lybrate-user try to have a routine for sleep. Go to bed at the same time every day, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Try not to watch too much television and definitely no tv ophone usage for at least one hour before bed time. Eat a light dinner and keep at least 3-4 hours between dinner and bedtime. Besides this you can try meditation or listenining to soft instrumental music before going to bed. All these can help take care.

I’ve been on vacation for the past week and and ever since I got here it hasn’t been feeling real. I feel like i’m in a dream. I understand what’s happening but it does’t feel like it’s actually happening. And sometimes I start to overthink it and my brain says ’what if you’re in a come just don’t know it’ is this normal?
