I was having very tight motion, and cramps since two days almost like constipation. Then I went to the local chemist, he gave me 3 dulcolax tablets and asked me to take it before I go to bed. And it's 4 :15 in the morning, I am having very loose and watery motion. What happened? Am I alright? Was it a good decision?

Always take medicines under supervision of a physician. Never take medicines by your own. Cremalax and medicines like that are actually for constipation. Please drink lots of water. And eat fiber rich food. Remember whenever there is problem, always change your lifestyle and diet first, if it doesn't help then go for Medicines. Medicines should always be the last option. Regards.
