My father had a hemorrhagic stroke 1 month before due to high blood pressure and diabetes. His right side is paralysed and he have difficulty speaking and swallowing. Doctors said surgery is not possible and medications are given. Will he be able to speak, and will his paralyzed side be normal ever? Right now he can recognize everyone. Will the bleeding in brain cure only by medicines?

It's difficult to say whether he will speak or not. Because left brain has the centre for speech. But a good interactive environment will definitely help him for better recovery. Don't stop interacting with him and you might see the results that you want to.
