Hi My daughter is almost a year old. But for the year she hardly takes 3 to 4 hours rest during the whole night. She wants play at night so I think she has not any physical problem. What should I do for she take more sleep at night. Please help me.

Hi lybrate-user there can be 2 things. One she sleeps more in daytime and two her dinner is light. So please start giving her a cup or bottle of milk 2 hrs post dinner and try to keep her awake in evening hours.

Hello,, Cut down on her afternoon naps.Set up a timetable for her with lots of physical activity.Give her warm water shower in the night and make sure she isn't hungry at bedtime.Set up a routine for her.Cut down on her sugar consumption.
