lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Following are the TSH levels during each trimester of pregnancy: 1st Trimester: 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester: 0.2 to 3 .0 mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. Therefore increase thyroxine dose by 25 mcg per day and check TSH level after 4 weeks to see if it has come down to the expected range. Maintaining those specified levels is essential for proper development of fetus and healthy outcome of pregnancy. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.
