Now, the simplest solution to depression, tension, anxiety & similar problems ; is a proper course of medicines & certain lifestyle changes ranging from as simple things including a proper course of medicines to get rid of this problem plus meditation & daily 30 minutes jogging to more complex things as structured diary writing, thought recording etc. For further help including medicines, you can revert back.
