Hi I am doing daily evening 5 km walk at speed of 6.5/kmh. Am working at night. My is 65 kg, do I need any supplement or normal food is enough as am not a smoker or non alcoholic. I am veg and 35 age, married and 2 kids 4 years and 2 years. Do I need extra exercise as well?

Hello lybrate-user, Normal diet will be enough in your case. Try cutting down deep fried foods, fast foods totally. Take small and frequent meals which will help you increase your metabolism inturn which will help you to get rid of fat deposition in your body. Also try some aerobics (or free hand) exercises. Choose chapati in place of rice and bread, choose pulses, fish and lean chicken in place of red meat, cheese and butter. Drink enough water. Have lots and lots of fruits and vegetables, but avoid fruits like banana, jackfruit, apple, etc. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you. Have a nice day.
