I am suffering from a legs pain and especially I have heel pain I do all work n workout bt when I go for rest it pains a lot please suggest what to do.

This is related to wt. Pain starts when touch ground after period of rest. After walking a few mts it reduces. Wear soft spongy shoes. Avoid standing, walking which otherwise are good for wt reduction. Take vit D supplements. With these shall get better in 1 month. Avoid fat and sugar for wt reduction.
