I'm totally sticked to diet with fruits nd Roti nd veggies from the last 3 months bt I'm still unable to lose weight. My exercise mainly goes wth walking daily I'll walk at least 5 km. But I doesn't y I'm not loosing weight so can you give me any suggestion to lose weight.

Hello lybrate-user, Please do not get disheartened. This can be a reason that your body has reached the stagnant point. But there can be one or two more underlying reasons for it. Like thyroid can be a reason, so get yourself checked for thyroid. Another reason can be food intolerance (or food allergy). Please do not get tensed. Keep calm and visit a doctor for tests.
