I have a problem gaining weight. I am 22 years old and studying in college. I become hungry very often and sometimes I eat in large quantities. I also play different kinds of sports daily. How much I eat, I am stuck to the same weight. I am also afraid to go to the gym as I fear I might lose more weight. Please suggest me a good diet tip.(veg/non veg)

You can eat at an interval of 2 hours and don't take heavy meal. And regarding gym, there are two types of exercises, one is gaining weight and another is loosing weight. If you do under proper trainer he will help you.
