I am suffering with fungal infections in my groin from a very long time. I am diabetic also. Would like to know the precautions / care to be taken.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In diabetes particularly if not we'll controlled, fungal infections are very common. Hence, it most important to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8%. Then one has to use antifungal medication both local & systemic. Since the information given is very general, it difficult to give any suggestions.
