I would like to know which is the best part in taking breakfast after 30 min of running and as of now I take bell pepper or green apple with a couple of banana and soy drink.

Yes u can take breakfast after running,,but be sure that the timing of breakfast remains the same ,,and ur taking a perfect breakfast,,if ur non vegetarian then u can take boiled egg in ur breakfast
