I am feeling very much sensitivity (tickle) in my penis and my whole body. I can not do proper foreplay with my partner for the sensitivity (titillation). It causes premature ejaculation to me. Can it be cure?

Hello- Yes it can. The penile glans, known simply as the penis head, provides males with a hypersensitive area built for stimulation and pleasure.
