Is there any existence of meal plan and physical activity plan to recover naturally from serious mental sickness. I am suffering from depression, anxiety, constant headache, heavy head, psychosis, restlessness, irritability, unstoppable thinking, seriously mental illness feeling and also having it as I am not able to cope up with it from last year. I am continuously taking medications from last year and there is 10% improvement in my health.
