Sir mera weight to gain ho jata h but muscles kabhi develop nhi ho pate h. Main kafi achi diet leta hu but koi change nhi hota h meri muscles me. Please advice me.

To develop muscles you need to have protein rich diet. You can have protein rich diet by including these things like - 1. Soybean and soy products- tofu, soy milk, roasted soybeans 2. Hummus 3.
