Sir mera weight to gain ho jata h but muscles kabhi develop nhi ho pate h. Main kafi achi diet leta hu but koi change nhi hota h meri muscles me. Please advice me.

To develop muscles you need to have protein rich diet. You can have protein rich diet by including these things like - 1. Soybean and soy products- tofu, soy milk, roasted soybeans 2. Hummus 3. Spinach 4. Sun dried tomatoes 5 guava 6. Green peas 7 beans 8 lentils 9 peanut butter 10. Organic milk 11. Shelled pumpkin seeds 12 almonds 13 cashews 14- nutritional yeast - Nutritional yeast is a deactivated strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, sold commercially as a yellow powder or flakes. Besides this- 1.Consumes additional calories: start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food.
