Take the positive aspect you have first. You do have a good appetite. Constipation and loose motions can be overcome when you have the right type of food. High fiber diet, fruits, vegetables, drink about 2 liters of water a day at least. This diet would even reduce the bloating feeling of the abdomen. In your case, taking smaller amount of food may be five times a day is better than consuming larger amount of food three times a day. Regarding gall stones and blocked hepato-splenic veins, please do consult a gastroenterologist regarding management.
