I am 51 years old male. I feel very tired and there is no energy in my body. I am a vegetarian. No smoking. No drinking alcohol. My height is 165 cms and my weight is 65 kgs.

Hello lybrate-user, according to your height your weight is ok. You are in the normal range of BMI which is body mass index. Lack of energy has many reasons, one of them is less intake of water, nil exercise, lack of B complex vitamins act as coenzymes which help in providing energy, toxic overload in the body. So you need to include minimum 3 litres of water per day and based upon your activity level you will have to increase the water.
