I am 36 years old. I am smoking and drinking since 20 yrs. Last 5 years the habit was excess. 10 days before when I drank a peg, I was uneasy to breathe and had a headache. I stopped drinking. I consulted a doctor. I had a sonography of my abdomen. Report was multiple cyst in liver. I have not quited smoking. Bcoz of that I have a short breathing. What is advice for me. Should I stop smoking? Is there any thing diet which may lead me to strengthen my lungs. please help.
