Hello Dr. This is Dinesh Shevkani and my age is 22 with weight 72 kg. And height 5'3. From few months I am trying to loose my weight, but I am not fully successful in it. The belly fat is not going inside. I am taking green tea and also eat light food. And I daily take 30 min walk. I request you to help me with same. Also please provide me a proper diet plan so that I should also know that what foods I had to eliminate. And at what time should I eat what please reply soon.

Thank you for your query. First of all let me clear the myth that mere restrictions of diet and including walk might not help you reducing your weight. How fast somebody loses weight also depends upon individual rate of metabolism.* You have to introduce those food and work out which help in reducing weight faster.
