Hi. These pains can easily be taken care of by micro correctional exercises. There are many factors which can cause the pains. Firstly according to the information provided by you about your height & weight, you are little overweight for your height. This is the most important cause for pains in heels. Secondly the postures we follow, go wrong for many years. That causes strain on the arch of the foot causing pain.
