My FBS is 131 & PPBS is 219 last week. I used to do daily 30 minutes exercise. Now I have increased simple exercises like 5 minutes jogging, sitting and standing exercise in morning. Can you please suggest me good diet plan. Now I am having rice in afternoon, wheat or ragi in morning and evening. I have avoided potatotoes, beetroot, carrots rarely I take little bit sweet and tender coconut. Can I take sweet corn? What else is better in food? Thank you Chitra.
