I am 72-year-old and have been using hearing aid for last 3 years. Now the hearing aid also is not helpful, my hearing loss continues. Are there any other options/hearing aids available?

Response from hearing aid depends on many factors- your current hearing level, quality of hearing aid, how well you have maintained it. I would advise first recheck your audiogram, if your hearing aid is programmable, get it reprogrammed as per your need, get it serviced/repaired. If any of this is not helpful, you need to go for new hearing aid, as per your listening needs.
