Hi, I am feeling bit difficult at the time of motion means feeling like getting motion. But it's not coming out from the rectal part .please help me some home remedies.

Hi, Take plenty of raw vegetables like cucumber, carrots, onion, tomatoes and beetroot, etc every day. Drink plenty of water. Take 1tsf of ghee in hot milk and drink it at bedtime to get easy evacuation.

Hii. Take fibre rich diet. Drink 3 litres of water daily. Eat more bananas. Add spinach in your food daily. Avoid junk foods. Use nutri choice biscuits that contai n high fibres.
