Dear Dr. I am 57 years old. My B.P is normal & I am not a Diabetic. From last 20 days My tongue and Mouth is red in colour with one or two mouth ulcers. I have not taken any medicine for this. Due to this red rashes in mouth I am unable to eat my food. I kindly request to provide me suitable treatment & Dr. to be contacted in bangalore. Thank you. Regards

Hello, Thanks for the query. From your description it appears you have severe stomatitis and glossitis with mouth ulcers. This invariably happens due to svere B complex vitamin deficiency. Hence please consult your local doctor, and if necessary take B-complex Injections may 3 to 5 once in 3 to 5 days. Plus always consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits every day.
