Sir pehle mere weight 58 tha or hath bhut patla the soo I join gym and increase my diet health and nutrients diet ani avoid junk food and drinks but weight 62 hoo gaya but stomach bhaar aa gaya voo acha nhi lg rha too sir equal kaise hoo but make sure weight not decrease. please plz please plz Plz.
