I have horrible hunger breath problem. Whenever I am hungry, my breath starts stinking a lot. When I wake up, I brush my teeth and just after a few minutes there is horrible bad breath. Then after eating something, the bad breath is under control. But whenever I feel hungry it starts stinking again. What to do to get rid of it. Food is not available everywhere. I can not sit in classes for long time.

Hi lybrate-user, The bad breath is not due to hunger. Mainly it is because of food deposited on the tooth surfaces which causes bad breath. Whenever you chew food salivation increases and reduce your bad breath because salivation acts a s a flush. Do you have dry mouth. Kindly visit a dentist and do thorough cleaning of your teeth and a complete examination of the oral cavity. Take plenty of water which will solve your problem temporarily.
