Hai sir my age is 23 unmarried have no sexual experience my problem is sperm is not release in waking state during masturbation I keep on trying no sperm releasing during masturbate erection only happening. Sperm is release only in night emission monthly four or five times. Please give proper soln to that problem sir in waking stae sperm is not releasing.
