Two things can happen if she is havaing pain in Root canal treated tooth. Since the tooth is dead, surrounding tissues/ gums may be inflamed causing pain or failed RCT. In any case, an x ray will be appropriate to know the actual cause. After which if re RCT is required it will cost around 3k to 5k in delhi.
