I have been detected Inguinal Hernia my age is 46 years doctor advised to take ice shake 2 - 3 time a day and light break fast lunch, dinner i.e. 3-4 time a day. Please advice any effective remedy including home/Ayurveda homeopathy for early relief and permanent solution to get out from inguinal hernia within short time span. Thanks

Generally inguinal hernia takes long time to get total relief if it?s not extended till testies. To Do conservative treatment try following medicines for next 6 months 1.apply cotton swab soaked with castor oil on hernia part and tried it up in night for whole night 2.Take vrudhibadhika vati-2tabs before lunch and dinner 3.take tapyadi loha -2 tablets before lunch and dinner.
