Hello sir ,sir mujhe 4-5 days se muscle pain ho raha hai or sir waist par red dhabbe ho rahe hai or mai sir dettol se nahata huu toh yeh red dhabbe chalee jata hai sir hai kya yeh std disease toh nahin hai please tell me in hindi language.
