Hi, can the same flaccid penis be in different sizes when its shrunken. I mean can a flaccid penis be shorter in stress than in less of stress. Same for cold or both (size in length and girth) I didn't ask for the size coloration between a flaccid penis and a erect penis. I asked about of there is a size change of a flaccid penis in length and girth between situations which make a penis shrink.
