Take mother's Horlicks along with iron Calcium and Vit suppliments ,take balanced healthy diet with veg fruits milk etc.

Nutritious balanced diet available at home including milk and its products, green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts are sufficient which should be more than prior to pregnancy.
