I want to lead a healthy lifestyle .I am obese and 73 kg. I am 38 years only and I'm feeling tired frustrated and low energy level and my feet is always paining.

These symptoms could be due to your wt only. For wt reduction you have to take frequent short meals which have less of carbs and fat. Take 10-12 glasses of water per day. Do brisk walk or exercise for at least one hr.
