You need not go in for surgery now. Take less fatty foods, low cholesterol and high fiber foods. Do not go empty stomach for many hours. Take lots of fluids, 2 to 3 liters per day. This would help. If at any time right upper abdominal pain increases much, then you can then undergo gall bladder removal.
