I found weakness in my body due to lack of healthy foods also it leads to fever sometimes .so how to overcome this? What is a proper balanced diet? What to eat & what not yo eat? Suggest any healthy food even non veg if any.

Home made is alwats safe ratherthan outside cooked&Junk/Fast food. To maintain proper Body fitness,U required to take all contents of nutrients in Balanced praportion. Mostly Protien Diet is good,which is available in Soya/Dal/All millets/Meat/Fish/Egg's White(U can take yellow also,But 1 or 2 based on Ur Body built...yellow contains Cholesterol. Try to take all Seasonal fruits which contain Minerals/Vitamins&helps to build up ur immunity levels. Carbohydrates(Mostly in Rice/Sugar etc)&Fat related also good as instant energy releasers but should b minimum. Avoid or lessen the consumption of Maida/Sugar made things. Take minimum 3-4 litres of water/day.....daily. **Mandatorily follow any exercise(atleast walking),regularly. Take raw vegetables like Carrots/Keera/Beet root..whatever u can eat. Take Dry fruits like Almonds(Soaked&without peel),Walnuts/Cashew/Pistha etc. Best to take Sprouts daily. Milk also daily twice minimum will help to give all nutrients(Cow milk is good) ****Above all r good.U can follow whatever u can.

Dear lybrate-user, I suggest you take a diet rich in fruits and vegetables with eggs, chicken and fish. These will improve body energy and stamina levels and are good for immunity as well. Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods as they are not goo for the body. Try to get regular exercise daily.
