Hi, after suffering from shin splints and snapping scapula syndrome (literally every joint of my body) what are the foods or meals should I take while making a healthy life. What should consume in morning and evening after coming from gym (just normal light weight exercises). And last one is I want to mix up some of the different legumes. So which and what should I mix up and consume in the morning for calcium and required nutrition for my body.

Food that are calcium rich are milk,,yogurt,,paneer,,peas,,white beans,,tofu,,salmons,sardines,, broccoli,cabbage,,fig,, almonds this are highly rich in calcium soo u can have it in ur breakfast,,in the early morning take lemon and honey in warm water,,,then take whole grain bread with egg and a glass of milk and have a fruit of ur choice,,u can take soaked chic peas and pea nuts immediately after the lemon-honey water,,,in lunch u can take rice,,green veggies chickens or fish,in the evening take roasted almonds,dates and an apple,,at night take one bread with lots of green veggies and salads
