Please tell me some procedure of meditation to distress and stay calm on my everyday life.

You should find a method. The Dalai Lama says that one should meditate with eyes open. So don't try a specific method. Frankly, don't try to do much. Just something which makes you forget about where you are. Like a game or reading or music or playing instruments, or understanding a complex problem. It's all meditation. I presume so. Maybe I am wrong. So find your way.
