I am 17 years old male .after 2 hours of eating my breakfast I feel very uncomfortable in stomach some thing happens in my stomach and some voices came .when I take my lunch then I feel relaxed. After 2-3 hours again it happen. After taking dinner I feel relaxed. After 3 hours again it happen. I do not have problems like constipation .due to this I cannot study properly .please tell me the proper reason of this.
