My daughter aged 20 is in hostel for a 5 years degree The food provided lacks nutrition .My worry is also about thousands of girls who lack nutritious food during the time they need the most. Be it Ca, Fe, vitamins etc. The problem is students feel hungry ,eat more Jung food become obese. She rarely cooks .at the most drinks a glass of milk, eat bananas. Where and how they get daily requirements of 1000 mg calcium. How about Fe and vitamins etc. Can they have supplements daily such as Zincovit, Calcimax forte etc.
