Hello Sir I am 38 years old and since 6 months I am not able to get a proper erection, though the sex life is not been affected yet. Just a couple of days back I ejaculated while sleeping is it because of some weakness? Kindly reply what should I do? Do I need to take some medicines for a proper erection? Kindly treat this matter as personal and please avoid it posting it in any social forum. regards.
