I am male 21, since from 2 months my hair started falling. And I started eating peanut putter of sundrop company, and it has sodium of 104gm per serve, I don't know weather this peanut butter is reason or not. Suggest me how to prevent hair fall. When ever I grab my hair I'll get 5-6 hairs. And also I have dandruff problem. My hair is lil ruff and I won't use any shampoo, I'll use Mysore sandal soap for head as it has less chemical.
