I am 26 yrs young girl and my weight is 80 kg even I m not much foody and my fat is mostly gathered in hands and thighs pls suggest way to reduce it.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk.
