Usually many doctors advice not to eat egg and ghee as they contain fat and increase the colostral in body and may lead to heart problems in adults. But recently I heard some saying that the it does not cause any problem related to heart. Which is true.

Actually egg is healthy food. Egg white is. A protein. Yolk contains fat. But recently there have been some controversies about yolk containing fat. My suggestion is egg is must in diet and avoid yolk. Ghee is also better than other oils like palm and dalda. But nowadays everything is adulterated so try avoiding doubtful adulterated foods and use pure oils.
