If you are a vegetarian go for dal and beans category vegetables along with milk and milk products. If you are not vegetarian go for Eggs. For Multivitamin purpose take all the available different type of seasonal fruits and vegetables daily. Tablet Supradyne is a good multivitamin You can take 1 tablet every 2-3 days instead if taking regularly to avoid hypervitaminosis.
