I have hypothyroidism. 88 McG daily. I am 80 kg .height 5 ft 5 inches. I use tazloc 20 for my diastolic. I have little shooting triglycerides also. But doctors had not given any medicine for that. What should I do to remain fit and fine and to stay away from heart or any other disease.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. What is the current or recent TSH value? Similarly total lipid profile values and BP readings. Usually if hypothyroidism is not well controlled even lipids go hay wire. When on treatment with levothyroxine TSH should be maintained < 3 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms including weight gain. Looking at your weight and height, you are almost grade 1 obese with a BMI of 29.41 kgs/M2. Your ideal body weight should be 65 kgs, which means there is extra 15 kgs weight. Thanks.
